In 2019, Audemars Piguet, an iconic Swiss watchmaker, was looking to transform its flagship brand platform. Their site had become fragmented, collection-centric, and was diluting the unique storytelling and luxurious appeal that defined their brand. The goal was to transform their site and reflect in the online experience the same artistry, precision and craft exhibited by their iconic watches.
We reimagined Audemars Piguet’s website, aligning it with their brand’s heritage and craftsmanship. Our strategy focused on creating both a streamlined path for determined buyers while offering an enriched browsing experience for brand and watch enthusiasts. To do it, we introduced functionalities like a comparison tool to make their site more engaging and a new site structure to make it more navigable, while also integrating rich narrative content that brought their products and brand story to life.
Over five years and still going, our partnership has expanded across their ecosystem: from the flagship .com website to the interactive Musée Atelier website, to landing pages for exceptional watch releases and their new employer branding platform. The extensive design system we developed has streamlined content production and supports our ongoing innovation. Enhanced SEO findability and usability have resulted in measurable increases in user satisfaction and conversion rates.
