Audemars Piguet is renowned for its precision, craftsmanship, and finesse. But their employer brand platform hadn’t kept pace. While their product experience evokes luxury, their careers portal felt outdated, functional, and disconnected from its brand ecosystem.
As a world-class watchmaker, AP sought to have its platform reflect its identity as an employer and bring alignment across brand, HR, and business. How can we create a platform that piques people’s interest and unites the company’s various facets while also showcases what it truly means to work at AP?
Our first step was to elevate the site’s tone. By softening the visual language, we make the site feel less formal and more human, while infusing it with the editorial, elegant feel of AP’s visual DNA.
Diving deeper, we uncovered a vital brand truth: while the timepieces are extraordinary, it’s the people behind them that make AP one of a kind. So, we bring people to the forefront, blending talents’ stories with the brand’s employer identity to create a captivating experience.
From a design perspective, we reimagined the platform’s architecture, experience, and interface design. Using lighter colors, rounder UI elements, and user-friendly layouts, it’s an open, elegant invitation to join the world of AP.
We showcase what the AP life is truly like, from exhibiting its stunning work locations to real stories and employee interviews, with the same level of craft AP is known for.
Our contemporary, people-first platform was celebrated by the company’s newly appointed CEO, current employees, and prospective candidates. Above all, by showcasing the brand in the light it deserves, we immerse people in the world of AP, one that they can see themselves in and unleash their extraordinaire.
