Streamlining campaign production with reusable components, a custom CMS, and a test-and-learn approach.
Porsche set out to launch a centralized CRM system to streamline customer data from multiple sources, including campaign sites. Historically, these sites were built from scratch for each campaign, resulting in repetitive design and development efforts. Additionally, integrating campaign data with the CRM system was fragmented, lacking a unified approach to test, learn, and optimize campaigns over time.
We streamlined Porsche’s campaign production process by creating a design system of reusable components, customizable enough to recreate an intuitive custom CMS for quick site creation, and a strategic framework to define and optimize campaign success metrics.
Project resulted in a perfectly developed design system & components in a custom CMS - which allowed local dealerships to easily author small campaign and activation sites including signup forms. While providing enough flexibility to quickly create custom iterations for larger campaigns from Porsche Netherlands.
This integrated approach reduced production times, improved data integration with the CRM, and enabled continuous optimization through a test-and-learn methodology.
